Koelle, your article is coming at the perfect time for me as I continue daily to try to help the roan gain trust and connection with me. This process for her is very slow growing and I am beginning to see certain parallels in her thinking as I have in mine. Thanks for the boost… I needed that.

Just when I thought I had it all figured out … lol
I was meant to read this Koelle 🙂 This is so profound but simple at the same time . I need to stop trying so hard and step back in my practice.
This speaks volumes to leading ourselves first and seeing what falls into place .
    Xoxo

    Love this. Thank you.

  4. This is one of the best things I have read on leadership. I am building a coaching business where I help women in Information Technology, a heavily male-dominated industry, advance their careers. I see this as a way to bring more women into leadership roles in business which means we can transform how decisions are made, how cultures are built, closing the wage gap among other things. I have been trying to figure out how to express the differences between masculine/patriarchal leadership and feminine/matriarchal leadership and this really resonates. One of these days we will meet by the horses-I can feel it.
